I have got one for myself too. Why? Not that i would have the possibility of sexual assult or something like that. But the road is full of surprises. The pepper spary i have is for those road bullies or who ever that is lucky :)
Put it along with my car keys, the bunch of key is getting larger and larger, but it feels good to have it. Just point and shoot when in such situation.

It may not be in total effective but having it is better than without it. Got some of my colleague asked, guys also need? Why not? Haha...

Lady boss ? Early sign of PMS ?

This would be one of the screenshot of the blog entry by one of my friend. Looking at this blog, where detailing the unique moments of the lady boss that my friend has, it really makes me laugh. Why laugh?

Cause, her boss action is similar to a small kid where they did not get what they desired. I once did that or behave so, but that was so long ago. That was when i was at my tender age of about 5-6 years old?

How would i feel if my boss were behaving so? I might be laughing at her from my heart, cursing from my mouth and going to those Chinese Temple to 'hit small people'. Hahaha

Was a tiring week...

Last week been a tiring week for me. A lot of things happen and passed. Khairul left us at last on the 15 august 2007. He left with a heavy heart for the organization and also for the team. We had a good dinner with him at Shangri-La Hotel, not the food actually but the environment. We made him open the gift that we wrap using newspaper, not just one layer, but numerous layer of it. Bet he had a great time peeling layer after layer. I guess he liked the present we got for him, the Creative mini MP3 player. After he left, we got one less member, as Sarah says that we (me and sarah) lost a partner in crime.

I got the news that my assessment is coming soon, which have been scheduled for the coming Monday, 20 August 2007. Looking at my weekend and the coming week, it will be a long way to go as a lot need to be accomplish. This particular week would be the week where the 4th Regional FAQ would be held where i would need to help to prepare for the software part for the quiz. I would also need to prepare for my assessment aka interview session for Shell IT Intl. Gosh, so much to do in so little time.

Rush everything to be done by Saturday night. Then joined my colleague to visit my boss new house near Sri Petaling. We ate, boss cooked and we had wine. It was great as we had good time there chatting and mingling about. I believe such activity would be good. Saw Shuh Han drinking, and also Chin Leng can't stand it anymore where she at last vomited. The day ended and i am looking forward to 6.30am where i would need to wake up fresh.

The day at the Quiz day was not really great as things was as normal, as rushing and tight as it would be. All will be the same as usual, last minute preparations. I have been running up and down, rush here rush there and eventually left early with Sarah by 5pm as we were all tired up and would want to spend some time preparing for our next day ahead.

Reached home, sleep for 2 hours before preparing for my assessment, but after i woke up, i was still 50% asleep and 50% awake. Can't really concentrate fully with what i am reading as i was not able to memorize. Gosh...hope tomorrow will be an easy one.

Goodbye Khairul, my dear colleague

Khairul, is one of my colleague in my work place, SITI. Met him around December 2006 last year as he joined back the team after his graduation from his university. He was way earlier in the team than me, just that he joined as a intern earlier and he has back to work with the team once again. Heard stories of him before he came in during December 06. We have been close friend as we have the same fate, working together as a team in order to achieve our mission of the whole team. We have worked nights together, giving support, teaching each other what is lack in us and had all the great times together despite of the boring jobs that we might face daily and the never ending demand of our business sector customers and also from our bosses.

The news of his departure came to me in early July where he was called back to work for Petronas as he was still bonded to the university to a certain extend in order to repay his loan for his study fees. The exact date for his departure is this coming Wednesday which is 15 August 2007. Throughout his days in the team, he has done quite a lot, to his limits of what he can do and poured a lot more efforts into getting things done.

As his days in SITI is coming to and end very soon, he is preparing for his last day by concluding all his work this far and also to get know to those team members which he didn't make time earlier as he was too intense with his work, but he is spending his last few weeks wisely to get in touch with those guys and gals of our team.

As for us, we are speding our time to get his some surprises for a dear colleague of us who will embark on a new journey of his life. Though we are departed by our working place but we can always be friends and get in touch easily together.

I am hoping the best for him and for us too, Sarah and me as the three of us were the most close one in the team as the three of us are the most junior one but not senior enough, always stuck in between. All the best buddy :)
