~ KLCC : Lonely and Boring ~
Main intention is to rest and relax there while giving myself a chance to enjoy and feel my new E-510 with the probable sceneries there. Looking forward to some great shots there and also to have a whole enjoyable experience there. Plans to depart at 8am tomorrow and hopefully would be able to reach Cameron by 12 noon where we can spend some time to walk around before we check in to the hotel at Tanah Rata.
Now still in the midst of planning where to go, either to spend one single night there or make it a two night stay before coming back to KL for the new year countdown. Lets see how it goes, but i am looking forward to a great trip there to have a slow end to year 2007 and also in preparation for a loud bang for the year 2008 :)
Stupidity of some idiots on the street...
For earning that little amount up to RM50 or RM100 but get their ass on fire and trouble, is it worth it?
Just imagine, i buy from him and send sms, keep sending sms to those VVIP people and etc or start to spread some news or rumors equivalent to the sentence of ISA, eventually who will be landing his ass in the 4X4 jail and serving his sentence just to get richer of RM50-RM100?
Can't imagine how stupid people can be at times.... They are blinded by bling bling $$$ i guess...

New Year is on the way...
Christmas Day has already passed, today is already 26 December 07 which means only 5 more days to the 1st January 2008. There goes another year of my life. Hmm...looking back at the year 2007, i would describe it as productive but also busy or hectic yet changes in life. I was working in SITI from the previous year in the month of September 2006 and continued to this year in the month of October before i set my path to Halliburton in November 2007. Leaving behind the knowledge that i have acquire through hardship and constant learning or understanding of the SITI environment and also the task that i need to carry out from day one i joined SITI until the last day i was with SITI. I have acquired or learned various knowledge from my forever supporting team (AppCompat) and also other individuals who have been helpful throughout my journey in SITI. Leaving SITI, i also leaving behind some of my memorable experience, the comrades (need to use this word as working in the team is very much equivalent to fighting in war) that have been working closely with, the life (flexible working hours and etc) and also some other factors.
Stepping into Halliburton, means a whole new learning experience in the new company. Learn and acquire knowledge to strengthen my skill and knowledge in order for me to proceed further in my new career in Halliburton. The job may seems simple and even some other guys may be able to do it, but i can see that there are much to learn, ranging from software, to hardware to networking and also includes some business skill also not forgetting the forever important, communication skills which could ease our work at time and also to bring us to further in life. I am still learning after being in the company for the past 2 months, still more to learn and more adjustment or adaptation to happen in order for me to fit into the organization to be productive in the days to come.
As said above, five more days to go, not much but i am planning to have a short relaxed vacation to Cameron Highland to ease up myself and also to have a nice closure for year 2007 and also to prepare myself for the year 2008 where more things need to be done for the upcoming journey in my adulthood. Seems some of my friends already starting to be achieving in life, possesses career path, having owned a house, owned their own car but not one is attached to their companion yet or their legally wedded partner in life. Guess most of them is kind of workaholic i guess.
I have had a new hobby lately, which is photography. Taking along my gear where ever i go, hoping to learn how to take good quality pictures where it can store or record down the meaning of life which would consist of happiness, sadness, grieve and all sorts which we go through in life. Would hope to experience life in a different manner, through the lenses which captures the moments of life of some individual who i may have known or not known at all. This is what life is all about at time :)

Then after come to work, made myself a cup of milo also took some biscuit for my breakfast. Later ate the biscuit while doing the monitoring jobs. Sleepy as always, lonely too. Then after lunch, the 2 packs of nasi lemak, decided to drop by at the Caltex station, not to refill my car with petrol, but just to get some snacks to kill some other time i have excess. Bought some items from there, hope to last me until 7 pm. Now it is already 3.45pm, about 3 more hours to go. the items that i bought was:
- Seasons Ice Lemon Tea - quench thirst

Outing @ Sunway Pyramid - 20 Dec 2007
Today went to Sunway Pyramid to shop and also to snap some photos. Too bad on the deco at the Sunway Pyramid, not attractive enough. Sigh. Heard that deco at KLCC and also 1Utama had much better deco this year. Not had the chance to visit it yet, hope so later would have the chance.
The photos that i took today are summarized in the slideshow below:
Hope to have a better tomorrow :) Cheers to all, looking forward to Christmas and New Year, 2008 !!!

Looking for the path
These few days i have been quite lazy where i spend it on my bed focusing on the TV. Mostly continuing on the Grey Anatomy and also the House MD series. From my knowledge, i do have quite a number of stuff for me to do this week or which is pending on my waiting list. Those are; prepare my PPR, writing a documentation on the IAD, learn more of the INSITE & IA system, get myself a passport from the immigration department, do some reading, exercise and etc but i end up doing nothing much other than watching movies and series to fill my time. Guess some how i could say i am wasting some of my precious time. God, i really need to get something done properly for life !!!
Camera shoot with my new camera @ MidValley City
Decided to go to MidValley for a walk and also to shoot some shots over there on the Christmas theme decorations. Not bad, not as white as last year, but this year its more to orangey or late summer feeling. Its nice there and worth the shots.
Wanted to take some photos there earlier, but didn't had the chance to until last Thursday when i got the camera, but it was a busy and hectic weekend where i don't have the time to try it out. Since this week, until Thursday i will be having my off days, guess its the best time to try out my new gadget that cost me 3 grand. Though it is big and bulky, but it is kind of fun to have it around to snap some nice photos or the place and people, mostly memories that describe a thousand words.
Took some random photos of the place and also some interesting stuff as the slideshow below:
The actual size photo for the above slideshow is available as the hyperlink below,

These are only some of the snapshots that i have took @ MidValley. These are only the thumbnails, will update the link to the photo album later on today. Tired now, and my camera battery is all charged up, so its time for me to charge my biological battery instead. Chaos ~
Updated: Removed the numerous photos from the entry and replace with slideshow and also hyperlink to the web album.

A good rested day...
Tested my camera and practising to use it effectively. Still not used to it yet, not so kind of simple layman camera to use. More to it than just a camera. Its a gear and to me, it is also a gadget to capture worth while moments in life. Hope to learn more on photography.
Already tired now, will be sleeping soon. Hope for yet a better day tomorrow :)

Friday is here...
Oh, not to forget, i got myself the Olympus camera already from MidVall on Wednesday. At last i manage to get my hands on it, paid RM3050 for the package which consist of Camera + 2 lense kit + 2 GB CF Card + Oly Bag. Can't wait to go ahead to use or play with it. Didn't have much of chance to play with it yet as i was working late lately and after work, i am a dead fish already. So it is all up to my off days later to experince a piece of gadget worth of 3k.
Okay for now. Hope my day end well. I will be having one of my fav movie tonight, Alvin and the Chipmunks tonight...

My last name is Jo, first name is Goya. Call me Jogoya...
I am born in Taiwan but residing here in KL. I move in to Starhill Gallery in the early days of year 2006. I was well-known throughout, like a beautiful gal walks into a room crowded with common people. I was considered high class and out of the extraordinary as i have excellence taste bud for good food. People were paying a hell worthy price to dine with me and reservation need to be made prior to the visit, last minute show up will normally be turned down, especially on the weekend. Weekday could be better, but normally is crowded. I go on shift, practically few shift, not the common 2 or 3 shifts a say where other people were on.
But anyhow, those was what i called history. Now i am still popular, but my fame is reduced after dining with most people. People tend to lose interest in me after dining lately, perhaps its due to the fact i am being more common lately in the society nowadays. This i can take, but what bothers me much is that the reason is due to the fact that people says that my taste bud is off or out, no longer like what i used to be, recommending and providing good and excellence food. What i have now is more of the common ones i guess, but out of the common, the taste was very common either. Perhaps from that, i am no longer considered while worthy and guess i will be getting more lonely as time passes by as you know that word passed by mouth would spread so fast where it will get known to all. I am very hurt and sad to hear this, but i got no choice as i am who i am now. Can't blame anyone of they start to dislike me and start to befriend with someone else. There could be some individual whom would start to talk bad about me, telling how bitchy, how senseless i have become and etc. Guess this is life...
May i rest in PEACE !!!
P/s: Hope no one take this to his/her heart. This story is not relevant or related to any individual either dead or alive. It would be all of a coincidence at the time of publish.

Lonely Saturday
Me alone in the room, no one to talk to, no one to look at, felt no presence of other people where my day is filled with boredom. Can't really concentrate to do my stuff, actually to read or understand those documents as boredom really struck me down to get those things into my brain.
3 main thing that i face: BAD BREATH (due to not talking for 12 hrs, other than myself), SLEEPINESS (boredom leads to sleepy mood) and BOREDOM (which i can't stand most of the time for the active me)
It will be another 3.5 hours before i would be able to leave office where i would conclude my work for today. Hope i would still be fresh for my night out. Really wanted to catch a movie le. Hoping to watch Enchanted...
See how it goes...

Cloudy weather, moody feel
Been seeing rainy clouds hovering over kl, raining from morning until late evening or to the extend at night, cold breeze and also less sun light. These has been the condition for the past few days which also reflects to my mood. Been not feeling well since last week, then went to see doctor with the medication for cough and cold where the medicine made me a little blur or drowsy, hence my first 3 days of my week just past with lots of sleep and lazy bugs. Working on Thursday still affected by the medicine, drowsy at some point of time, by Friday feeling much better already. But Friday will have a different meaning for other as compared to me as i would still need to work for this weekend where i would only be having my off day on Monday when others are returning to work. This is the kind of adjustment that i must make...
Now looking out of the window from the monitoring room, outside is still dark, no sun visible and guess the day will remain like this until the end of the day where i head back home to rest for the coming tomorrow. Sigh. I do miss the sunlight too, at least it can bring the cheerful side of us when we are feeling blue...

It's Monday for me?
Weird as the title sound. Actually its true. Why? Cause i would be working for the first day for this week as i have been assigned to work on shift this week and the next also. Means i would need to work throughout the weekend or in another word, my weekend is about to end in like 2.5 hours. Sigh, need to adjust to this working life style. Going to miss those pals of mine during the weekend, would not be able to hang out with them as normal for this coming 2 weeks.
I have applied in for a replacement off day for the 24th December 2007 in conjunction with the Deepavali Day last month. At least i can have a longer holiday for this coming Christmas. I might be planning or looking forward to have my short or brief vacation in Cameron Highlands. Hope that the weather permits. At least to have a short time off from work and also Kuala Lumpur's busy life style.
Hope my Monday tomorrow would be a great day ahead, especially the weekend Saturday or Sunday where it could be the worst day of the week, BOREDOM...
Haha...All the best...

My insomnia for today !!!
sigh, i lay awake having an alert mind hence decided to wake up and burden my mind so that it gets tired in order for the to resume my efforts to sleep sooner or later. Needed the sleep to rest my body to fight against the little flu that i still have in me.
Why i can't sleep? Maybe due to the weird working days i am having for this week. This coming 2 or 3 weeks, i will be working on the weekend shift, where will be working from Thursday to Sunday and my off days would be on Monday until Wednesday. Weird? When others are working, i am sleeping or staying at home where when others are enjoying their weekend, i would then be at work.
I guess i am still adjusting to my new working environment which includes the work day, time of work and the rest. Not complaining, but just expressing. To change some habits or from a comfort zone to a total new environment, is not something as easy i could have imagine it. Now i need to synchronize my activity charts for this week and the coming 2 weeks in order to live a productive week ahead.
What i have done yesterday? Nothing much, was doing some reading for those I-Learn stuff which is pre-requisite where i need to complete it as soon as possible to scrap of the 'incompetent' where related to those pre-requisites.
Found few techie things to play with as below:
- Foldershare software - https://www.foldershare.com/
- which sync the folder of two computer
- tested with a .avi file with the size of 150MB through my sucky Internet connection and also the non-cooperative wireless router but i manage to get that sync in less than 20 minutes with an average of transfer rate of 60-70kbps
- cool feature if would to share some files quickly
- E-snips website - http://www.esnips.com
- website for online sharing up to 5GB of FREE storage
- able to keep public or private folders
- able to store photos (create a slide show online) or digital music (streaming or downloading) from the site
- DynDNS - Dynamic DNS
- to tie the dynamic IP to a customized domain name where once point to the domain name, it would still point to the same object despite the change of IP Address
- UltraVNC
- software to allow the local computer to gain control of the remote control
- was using that software sometime back, but stopped using it for sometime
- great to control my home computer from office whenever i am working
As i am blogging now, i am still having the cough from time to time. Its bothering me and also my sleep. Can't sleep well with that, gosh...i really need to rest my body and soul...Ah, forget to mentioned that while blogging, i am watching the House MD, Season 1 just to kill time while waiting for my body to get tired. The episode is coming to an end, perhaps i should get some sleep soon...for the sake of tomorrow?
What i would want to do tomorrow?
- I-Learn - finish a few more pre-requisites
- Watch some movies
- Shopping @ MidValley
- Read up more on INSITE & Insite Anywhere
- Etc...
Still not well yet
Like the title of my post for today, i am still not well yet after the flu i had last week. The sore throat is leaving, now left with cough. Perhaps the other day had ice-cream at the ice-cream house which left me with the cough. Sigh, hope to recover from it soon as i would need to work on Thursday...
If i don't recover fully, then the Jogoya treat for this coming Sunday would not be an enjoyable one as i cannot eat all i like :)

Weekend is here...
As for weekend, been doing a few things for myself or those around me...
Some of the highlights for my weekend:
- rest, relax and recharge from my previous flu that i had
- still have not fully recovered yet, still have the sore throat bothering me, not comfortable at all
- send my friend to some course
- i am kind of the road map at times
- get the gift for my 'kai chai'
- 3 bookmark as a start, do not want to send expensive gift for now, don't wanna create the envy feelings and etc
- one for him, 2 more for his bro and sis
- later proceed to write him the letter, hoping to send by next week or so
- gathering, aka birthdays celebrations @ Quan Ice-Cream & Coffee House @ Pandan Indah with my friends
- belated celebration for Kein Yap, forward celebration for Win Khong
- had a lot of laughter among us, too much to chat, much to joke, lots to tease and more to debate
- those present: ChinYong, Winnie, KienYap, WinKhong, Shah, EeVern, KeeHon, Sarah and me
Tomorrow will be a rest and relax day for me. Need to recover and rejuvenate myself from my sore throat and flu that i still have. Sigh, need to recover asap, don't want to bring it to office on Thursday and the whole next weekend. Having got to work on weekend is already making it bad, to have myself being sick throughout, it makes it even worst.
My sister would be going for her minor surgery for her little finger which she injured the other week during her trip to the 'Taman Negara'. Hope things go smooth and the doc would be able to reverse her injury. At least i can be there for her on Monday as i am having my off day on until Wednesday.
Christmas is coming, 25 December every year. Need to organise something for this year, at least a gathering or so... let see how things will be. At least, i think i am not working during Christmas and i am able to attend the tradition Christmas dinner... Also, need to hunt for those gift or presents for those orphanage kids for this Christmas, been doing it since last year, would continue this year. Hope to bring happiness or some care for those kids who are less fortunate. Everyone deserve something good in life :)
That's all for now, would proceed to my beauty sleep. Need to get all the rest that i need to live my active lifestyle. Before i pen off, would like to wish all the best to one of my dear friend for finding her path in life and also her happiness. You well deserve it always :) Happy and cheerful always ... Live life to the fullest...

TGI Friday !!!
Without really realizing it, today is Friday again. Weekend has come and this week I will be having a long weekend as next week I would be working on shift where I would be working from Thursday until Sunday and so forth for the next two week also. Why two weeks? Cause not enough people to cover for the shift; hence I need to work another month. Tried my best to avoid working on Christmas day to attend the custom Christmas dinner that I have been attending for the past few years. Would not want to break the tradition and make someone unhappy…
Since having long weekend, need to think of something to do to occupy the time, but seriously I really need to get well from the flu that I had the other day. I can still feel it still around me pretty much, not fully recover yet and I don’t want to bring that to the following week, it will be so sucking to bring that on and living with that flu in me.
Okay for now, need to get back to work soon. Guys, gals have a great Friday and relaxing weekend. See you guys and gals this Saturday…

Getting better, but not fully
These 2 days have been better, but still seems to be weak. Need to get more rest for the coming month as i will be working on shift again, this time round would be the weekend shift, where i would have the total opposite of the life my friends are having. Weekend for me would only be valid after 7.00pm...
Soon will be heading to the Petronas tower in a while. Why? To work and to skip the fire drill today :)

My sick day...

Weekend is about to end...
Not much happened this weekend, mostly of my time was to catch up on time with my friend. Check out the happening with my friend, went to St. John DIM which I have missed for some time already and also to rest my body.
Why rest? Cause I had a challenging weekday which is to obtain the qualification for the BOSIET, Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training @ the MAS Academy (Kelana Jaya) organized by SEQU. It was not very hard, but rather challenging as it has been sometime since I had such workout. Been pretty much lazy lately.
Below would be the certificate and the ID card that I have obtained:
With the cert and card, I can start flying on helicopter and also goes out to the rigs :)
But guess I caught a cold while I was in the water for about 3 hours I guess. Sigh, the water was cold and the worst part of all would be where I need to come on the pool side and into the pool for several rounds, guess that is where the cold came from. Now, I am having slight fever, feeling hot and cold from time to time. Sigh, hate getting sick, would affect my weekday and also my mood. Sigh. Hope all the best for tomorrow, as tomorrow will be, Monday...the symptom of Monday Blue...
Everyone, have a good week ahead :D
Meeting @ Starbucks
Coffee is on my boss treat :D Hope it end soon, have the time and then to trim my hair since it is getting longer by day. Hope to have a nice day today so that my mood for the upcoming week will be cheerful and looking forward for the week :)

~ My First Adopted Kid ~

His details are as the picture below:

The question related to him is as the image below:

Seems he is just 10 years old kid only and he is quite adorable. We are looking forward to write to him and also to get know to him more. Hope to have more updates in my next blog regarding him, maybe soon...
Just RM50 per month could help out the kid, it would be for worthy cause, that all that matters.

Weekend over, weekday coming...
A lot have happened for the past few days, but i was too tired and busy to blog it out, perhaps will find a day or two later to blog it out. I find it interesting and something worth blogging. But however, my weekend was mostly in preparing the presentation slides for the coming Monday, the presentation day. Gosh, i am new and working my best to present those modules out, hope i will do my very best... Now let me get back to my preparation, finishing up the presentation slides as soon as possible so that i can rest early today and also prepare for better presentation tomorrow.
All the best for the tired me...

~ Partner in Crime @ Shell IT ~
Today, while driving to work (Halliburton), i was subconciously heading towards the MidValley road which would then normally head to Cheras or to Cyberjaya. Gosh, luckily i realize it in time where i turn the wheel to head towards the museum to head to KLCC.
Miss all my friends or kaki(s) in SITI which includes mogok kaki (me, sarah, khairul), borak kaki (me, sarah, khairul, Aqmar, Aida, WanLeng, ChinDy, ChengSze), Foosball kaki (me, KongSiang, Nicholas, SeawWei, WanLeng, Sarah, KhaiChen), main-main kaki (me, Aida, Aqmar, Sarah, Richard, CheeWei, KahFei and etc) and all others in SITI.

Weekend has passed...
Saturday was a relaxing day as well. Morning planned to go swimming at the sports complex, but the heavy downpour cancel it and i had more time to laze on my bed as that was my backup plan. Haha... Then my next outing was in the night, at about 10.30 to meet up at Winnie's place. It was a dry swim session, guess missed the wet swim, might as well go for the dry swim. Haha... Most was welcomed and invited but only 7 turned up. Those were Winnie, Chin Yong, Wing Koh, Kien Yap, Kee Hon, Eevern and me. Some were not able to make it such as Sarah where she was away for a wedding dinner of her cousin sister. Anyway, KeeHon and EeVern parted early as they need to get more rest for their next day trip to Cameron Highland and also she was not feeling that well. So left the five of us to last the whole night or morning. We played until 4 plus in the morning and headed home after that. We turned down the offer for McD breakfast as all was tired, decided to have it sometime later then. Rushed back to my house, it was about 4.30am already. Then took my shower, then watch a show before lying down to rest myself.
Woke up at about 11.45am on Sunday to have lunch with my parents before i head out to Cheras to meet up with my friends. Went for dinner and then back home at about 9 plus at night, later slept at about midnight after talking on the phone with few friends. That was my weekend, and now it is Monday again where i reached my office before 7am and missed my weekend already.

November, going December...
No point talking about what has past and oping how much more we should have achieved or should have done those things we forgot or overlooked, guess now would be the best time to look forward to the remaining time before year 2008 prevails in about 50 days more days to go.
What i would want to do for the remaining 50 more days for year 2007?
- Christmas gathering with friends...
- Short vacation...
- Wall Climbing?
- Meet some of my old friends, to catch up on life... Min 5 maybe?
- A steamboat session with my family...
- A barbeque with my pals maybe?
- Mahjong Marathon perhaps?
- Get myself a present, E-510?
- many many more...

Tabung Haji rapped for using non-bumi company
Azimi queried the rationale for engaging a non-bumi company when all the investors in Tabung Haji are Muslims.
“Don’t tell me there is no single Malay company that is capable of sourcing mineral water. Even I can dig a well, and collect mineral water,” he said when debating the Umno president's policy speech on Wednesday.
Azimi pointed out that Tabung Haji’s move to engage a non-bumiputra company to supply easily available product like water, was not in line with party president Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi’s call to GLCs to jointly shoulder the responsibility to develop the bumiputra commercial and industrial community.
Azimi also hit out at a broadcasting station for interviewing non-Malays who proposed guidelines for Umno speakers.
“We have never set any guidelines when others hold their party general assembly. The duty of Pemuda, Wanita, and Puteri is to use the assembly as a platform to highlight grassroots sentiments. We cannot keep mum,” he said.

** I read this news, was surprise that they went to all extend to put it on the local newspaper. Why? To share with all people how they were not able to get water for their people for the meet up? Hmm, not a clever move to slap own's face ourselves. So, this is clever move? Beats me, i drink from the tap, not well :)
What a day, forgot my pass?
Not my day i guess...Stupid me to left it back there when i should have kept it close to me all the time. Sigh. Most probably due to my bad hair day, can't seem to get it to the shape that i expected hence took more time than usual. Sigh...sigh...

New Life, New Job
First day in HES was a bit boring, as i was looking through some of their online training and also to get know a bit more to the job scope and etc. Seems i would have much more to learn which relates to the Oil & Gas industry. Second day, boss gave me one whole list of chapters or knowledge that i should cover in order to gain the required knowledge in my field of work. Didn't really get to mingle around with my colleagues yet as most of them is still away and some was in in the first day that i came to work. Haha, lunched alone for the first and second day at their cafeteria. Had Rubber band (yee mee) noodle for the first day and the mixed rice for the second day. Not really that nice, but i somehow manage to get it down.
I still feel not up to my tip top health yet lately, perhaps because of the busy lifestyle and also now as i am changing environment for my workplace where changes to my daily routine is not avoidable also. Now i have to wake up early, as early as 6.45am to prepare for work and start my travel at about 7 to reach office by 8am. Later when i am working on shift, practically next week, i have to reach office by 7am. Need to adjust to my sleep time and also my work time.
Had a busy weekend, went out with my bunch of friends such as KCY, LKH, Sarah, Winnie... Needed some time to catch up on our life lately. Went to have Sushi King, it was CY's second or third time there, recommended some of the food there for him, promoted Wasabi to him also. Haha... Later went to buy DVD before picking up Kee Hon from Yulek where Sarah headed home first. After picking up KH, would then proceed to Winnie's place to pick up my car and my stuff before i head home. At the junction of the roundabout, a Trinton bumped into CY's car as he was listening to his hand phone, but at least he is going to make it up to his mistake and promised to pay back the repair money, it not really that serious just a scar at the rear bumper, but for that to happen to a 3 month old car, its a scar to the heart. Forget to say, CY's driving skill would have pretty much space for improvements.
Now i am sitting in Winnie's house, awaiting for the other people to arrive, late by half an hour. Hope they will come soon...

3 Days 2 Nights @ Club Med, Cherating - GI-D Aloha Away Day 2007
As mentioned earlier in my previous post, it was a three days two nights event at Club Med, Cherating. Would like to have a post on this memorable event that i have had throughout my stay in Shell IT. This may not be the first outing with Shell IT staff, last year was the first and it was different as the group i went with was different as this year it was with my team, our team. It made all the difference.
26 Oct 2007 (Day 1):
Boarded the bus (Bus 3) at about 8.45am, as usual they were never on time. Malaysian time i call it. Chuck the lugguage into the luggage compartment, then hop into the bus to find the best seat or to find the seat where most of us could be seated together for the journey to the East, not West :) There were 11 of us in the Bus 3 and the other 9 were in Bus 5. How nice if we were all assigned to the same bus, it could be such a wacko experience to be in the same bus. The bus ride was what i call it pathetic. In total 6 hours in the bus with the bumpy ride. What made it worst was the speed the bus was travelling at. I could say it was about 60-70kmph. Sigh. That was too slow for me and most cars were overtaking us left right. Sigh. Eventually arrived at the Club Med, Cherating at about 2.30pm. We were welcomed by the hotel staff lined up and greeted us as we headed towards the hall awaiting for the briefing and also the welcoming by the hotel management. We have to wait for the other busses to arrive before it would start, perhaps they do not really wants to make 2 rounds, one after the other for like 30 minutes? So since we arrive first, we have to wait for about 20 minutes before the rest arrive and for the briefing to start.
We then were guided to our rooms, it was a lengthy walk but under such condition, tired and stress it was dreadful. Once we arrive at our room, rested and freshen up a little, those are all past. Now what we looking at is to proceed out to adventure more of the hotel or the club. Step out of the room and walk towards the lobby, saw a guys jumping up down at the Bungee. It looks like him, our new boss, Terence Chap. Indeed, he was jumping up, then it was Quennie's turn for it. She was not able to twist and turn much, jump up down like Solero Shot :P At last the operaor shot her up, real high and she was screaming her lungs out. Haha.
Met up with the rest at the Bar area to have some snacks before we start our adventure. There was free flow of drinks all day long, alcohol starts at 5.00pm. We started off with the Bungee jump, it was fun. Most of us tried it out, some even tried twice to get twisting. Sarah tried it too, despite trying to make her way out but she was eventually doing it also. Wanted to do the Wall Climbing also, but they need us to wear shoe to do that, so means a no for me. Anyway, i have done that before, so it does not really matters.
Next in line was Tennis. More and more of us start playing tennis as some were on Badminton. Never tried tennis before, but guess it was a good chance as all was provided, the racket and the tennis balls. First the balls was flying here and there but after some time, able to adjust to the right strength to control the hits. It was tiring, i guessed i play for like more than 45 minutes. No time for other already as it was approaching 6.00pm already. So decided to head back to my room and get showered and dressed for dinner.
Dinner was at the same place as where we had our lunch. Nothing much special, just a change of the dishes and etc. Nothing much spectacular, just enjoyed ourself with the wine and drinks. We were a bit exited and i finish half a bottle of the wine that i ordered. It was great to be drinking with them. Later, after the dinner, we went for the Jungle show which is conducted by the staff of Club Med, it was hillarious actually. The day ended with some jiggling here and there at the dance floor, but instead we were wandering about and having chats here and there.
Later, i was called to Reception area, where bunch of them were at the sofa relaxing. I saw a birthday cake with my name on it. It was my belated birthday celebration. Very thoughtful of them, at last i had a birthday with them :) After the wishes, blowing out candles session, i was asked or demanded to pull out the candle from the cake with my mouth. I got no choice but to adhere. I was pinned down by 7-8 guys forcing my face to touch the surface of the cake. Moments later, my face if with the cream and chocolate already. Then we start playing with the cake than eating it. It is called wasting, but in exchange, we got our own entertaintment. The most challenge would be to mess up Wan Leng's face. It was daring of me to do so. Later, can drink no more as we need to wake up early the next day for the D'Amazing Race. So i went to my bed, bath, changed and crash down to rest.
27 Oct 2007 (Day 2):
Woke up early for the Team Building events, had breakfast before the torturing begins. Not to mention too much about the event here, but it was fun filled and also tiring, quite a hot day also but it turns out better than what i have expected it to be. At least unlike the previous year in Langkawi where we were doing stupid stuff and etc. After the event ended, we went for lunch to recharge ourself and later was thrown into the Pool by my friends. At least they took all my stuff from my pouch and pockets. Too bad for Khai Chen, he got pushed down eventually by Nicholas, lost his handphone though. After that, we went back to our room to freshen up.
Later, we regroup to visit the Turtle Sanctuary where we get the chance to post and photo with baby turtles. It was nice experience again . We were told that they would let the baby turtle to the sea tonight, we wanted to come at first but end up not happening as we still have our events at nght, especially the lucky draw. I know i may not be lucky but would not miss it. Lucky and not being there is two different things. After that, we walk along the beach, no more the long and winding road and we reach our hotel within 8 minutes. Haha. Then we wanted to roller blade, i took part. Gosh, it was harder than it seems. Not the games that count but able to roller with the rest, it matters. Those who joined were; sarah, aida, soo beng, richard, chee wei and me. Nice, took quite an amount of photos there :) Richard is too fat, he cannot balance well, and nearly need to tow him out from the ring as he would not be able to get back on his 'feet'.. Pity him :) **Peace**
Then proceed to dinner as usual, same place same atmosphere. Just people tend to dress more nicely, wonder why... After the dinner, went for the show and where they announce the winners for the D'Amazing Race and also the lucky winners for the Lucky Draw. Nothing for me, only won the 4th placing for the D'Amazing race which gives us RM40 for the JJ voucher. After that we were all tired and most proceed back to rooms to lie and sleep.
As for Chin Dy, Sarah and me decided to have some drinks before heading back. We went to the bar and met Martin, so we sat at the Reception area, more quiet to chit chat and have some conversation. After that, at about 1 plus in the morning, we decided to call it a night and wanted to head back to our room. We sent Sarah back to her room as it was a long walk before me and Chin Dy found a spot to chit chat more. It was a great time chatting with him, hope he gets well soon enough. Went back to our rooms at about 2.30am. Dead tired, showered and slept.
28 Oct 2007 (Day 3):
Tired, aching and burnt so we didn't really bother about the breakfast hence we went for the brunch instead. But first, we clean up ourself, packed up and checked out before we could have our lunch. Since it was still early, so we decided to have a short trip to the other side of the beach, with the shuttle train service. Went there to capture some great moments for about 30 minutes before heading back to the place where we were staying. Had our lunch and hang around the back of the hotel for more casual time and also some drinks and photo sessions before boarded the bus.
The bus came a little late, but it is acceptable. Went into the bus, this time we were not able to sit together. Nicholas, Chee Wei, Soo Beng and Suet Yi were seated at the back as we other were sitting quite in front. The journey was much faster, but the driver could have travelled a little faster also. Reach the CBJ office at about 6.30pm. Was tired already, didn't waited for Richard as he was still stuck in the jam. Send Sarah home, where she was having headache and then i rushed back home to rest on my own sweet bed. It was a fruitful trip where it bonded me and the team and also realized how great my colleagues were and that we are still friends no matter where i am. Thank you to you all for making a great trip out of a 3 days 2 nights stay at Club Med, Cherating.
**The trip will be a memory where shared between those who cared and enjoyed throughout the Away Day, especially by myself :) Great bunch of colleagues cum friends i have there.
D'Aloha @ Club Med Cherating - 26/10/07-28/10/07
At last, all things got done by 2am. So decided to get to bed as soon as possible to rest more for the next day which would start quite early, 8.30am. I have been longing forward to this outing as the last outing for my employment in Shell IT International or as the conclusion of my service in SITI and most of all is for me to have a good fun and outing with my whole team of colleagues. That would be the best closure that i could ever wished for.
Today i have just came back from the event and now i am tired and also having body ache all over my body. Have not been having such kind of exercise lately and also performing this type of activity such as bungee jump, roller skate, tennis and etc. Too tired to further elobrate, will have more tomorrow.

Would miss the great time @ SITI
I have been thinking of what kind of message to leave to the team and to some individuals that have helped me throughout my stay in Shell for the past year. I would really miss them much. Let's hope that our path will cross once again. Thank you to all for the wonderful time. Hope i can get some sleep soon as it is already late in the early morning.

I am the PROs, stand behind and watch, let me fish out bodies rather than survivors...
Seng May Ying (centre) being comforted by relatives after her husband’s body was found.
MERSING: Police yesterday recovered the body of 37-year-old Wong Sing Ling, one of the three missing victims of Saturday's ferry mishap, 10.5km from the accident site.
Rompin police chief Abdul Rahman Jalil said the body, which was sent to Hospital Mersing, was found by the search and rescue team at 10.30am, near Pulau Harimau. The body was found by the police air wing. It was brought in from Tanjung Gemok, about 45 minutes from Mersing.Rahman said the search and rescue team saw another body in the sea but attempts to retrieve it failed as it quickly disappeared into the water."It was some 30 minutes after the first body was retrieved about 30m away," he said.
The 120-member search and rescue team had scoured a five-kilometre radius area where the ill-fated Seagull Express 2 ferry caught fire and sank while cruising to Tioman from Mersing. The team was still looking for Chong Yong Kim, 43, from Petaling Jaya and Wong Han Wan, 29, a factory supervisor from Klang.Wong is the fifth victim.
Dr, no Dr. My FOOT !!!
Thought medical line should be approachable and convincing or friendly? But seems not. Not only the nurses got my big NONO and head shake, the doctor also the same. Saw the doctor, Dr. Peh non stop trying to spit something out from his mouth, 'pui pui pui' even when he is having the consultation session with me. Would a qualified doctor be having such a habit or action in front of his patient? Wanted to comment him on this, but just didn't want to waste the time to comment on someone who is not worth it. Where has his ethic or manners gone to? The people there has pigeon eyes, would know how to distinguish between the rich or poor. Poor service or treatment given to those labeled as not belonging to the high class, good service (with soft voice and manners) for those high class people. How can they, in the service line provide this type of service? Poor service but still charge at high price. What are we paying for?
Sad, sad, sad. Call them doctor, i call them '9 floor doctor' (translate you get 'gau lau yi sang'). Luckily few of my doctor friends are not the same :) Would i go back there again for consultation, no i won't. Not that they don't have qualified doctor, just that their behavoir is not acceptable.
My advice to all mothers out there, don't name your son or daughter the wrong name. Like Dr. Peh, will eventually 'pui pui pui'. Kakaka...

Waiting Patiently. Dying Slowly. Where are you when we need you?
http://www.nst.com.my/Current_News/NST/Wednesday/Frontpage/20071017163257/Article/index_html
Saw the writeup saying that they have found the body, means it was a dead man after all. It says that the body was found clingging on to two vehicle tyre while floating in the sea. Gosh, when i saw it i was sad and devasted. Why? The reason is due to the the victim might have died due to exhaustion of the heat and the hunger. Imagine he died due to heat exposure in the sea, no fresh water for him, not a single drop, cold in the night and etc. How could he survived it?
He was floating in the sea for about 3 days, 2 night at least. Why was he there so long? Probably the search was not good enough and took too long where it too his life too. Gosh, he was so lucky to got hold of the two float but he still died without hope. So sad to read this on the newspaper.
Sorry and my condolences to all the victims of the ferry tragedy. Hope the authority proceed to take stern actions against them, for being errand and also neglected the welfare and the safety of the passengers.

Oops... man she had sex with not her husband
I find this a classic news. This can be fetched from the NST news site at, http://www.nst.com.my/Current_News/NST/Tuesday/National/2060793/Article/index_html
To begin with, the title of the article: Oops... man she had sex with not her husband.
Followed by, KEMAMAN: She felt a warm body next to her. Thinking it was her husband, she did what came naturally.
Once I read, I was like, OMG. How can such a thing happen? Just like the motto of Nike, Just Do It. Gosh, can’t she realize who is sleeping next to her? No difference at all? I don’t think so, I believe the body structure and ‘gesture’ would reveals it all. Perhaps she was too sleepy to have noticed? Could that be the case, or there was other reasons? If the husband never came back and asked, I bet she still think “Wow, that was a great one”. How come he was a new man already after one night? Not that I am taking advantage of other people’s misery, just that there was no force entry and all was willing. This called rape? To me, yes and no.
According to Wikipedia, the definition for rape is as follow: Rape is a form of assault where one individual forces another to have sexual intercourse against that person’s will.
Hmm, beats me.

My Big Day of the Year
Today would be my birthday. How was it? I would say great. Why? Had a great dinner yesterday night at Outback even that was not our original plan as it was supposing to be at MidValley – San Francisco Steakhouse. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to change spot then. After the dinner, came back to my house and start to watch some show while waiting for the midnight to strike.
Sarah was the first to greet me Happy Birthday, followed by EeVern, Wan Leng, MinYee and Winnie. Then later continue to watch movie when at about 12.20am, Winnie, Win Khong, EeVern, JiaVern, Kean Joo and Chin Yong turned up at my room, rushed in with a cake and with the good old faithful Happy Birthday song. I was not expecting it and I was dress not to kill but dressed to sleep. Hmm, bad thing for me as I take my pictures in my pajamas. Haha. Later I was presented my present, a big pinky box by Win Khong while Jia Vern with her video camera and EeVern with her camera. I was speechless and later then made my wish and blew out the candles. Still speechless as I was not expecting them at all, as I was planning to go to sleep early as I have a date with them tomorrow for brunch. Haha. We started to have some chats in my room, all of us in my room then started to throw the stress ball around, towards anyone or our desired targets. It was fun and exciting :)
Later we proceed to the mamak stall in Lucky Garden to have a cup of drink and some food. Only 3 of us ordered, me, Win Khong and JiaVern (after much persuasion and temptation). Had a number of chat either in work, old times and etc. It was fun as we didnt have that opprotunity for some time already, all busy in life nowadays.
Next day, my actual day i went to MidValley with my friend for a walk and also to windows shopping. Didn't buy much, just spend some time to chit chat and etc, then met up with my parents to have dinner at MidValley. As experiencepatrons during the Raya month, we decided to hit the restaurant earlier (Little Vietnam) as other restaurant already flooded with hungry man and woman not forgetting hungry Ultramans. We manage to get some good seat, ordered our food, have some chats there before we got the bill. Then we went to Jusco for a short walk before i drove off to home. It is another tiring day indeed.
My birthday this year could be say ordinary, not really happening but it is indeed a happy one and memorable one. Why memorable? Normally i would be so busy in preparing surprise for other people, but this year round, i am getting the surprise effect instead. I was not expecting it as i understand most of my pals are busy with life and work, some maybe miles and miles away, deep down, the thoughts that counts. Anyhow, blowing out my candles with my bedtime attire maybe memorable, how could it not remember my 25th birthday, Winnie? Thank you to all that have contributed to my special day in any form. Your thought is much appreaciated and i value you as my friends :)
P/s: I am still awaiting for my photographs from my photographer friends, you know who you are (the Verns)
Hungry G**** Festival
I was at MidValley the other day. Reach there at about 6 plus and was walking up from the car park. Wow, it was so crowded in MidValley, never seen so many people. Some were walking, some were standing, and some were sitting. As though waiting for something. Then I recalled, waiting for the time for the end of fasting for the day. Most of them were waiting on their feasting table, with their food served. All they could do was to stare and wait while the food gets cold. It was just nearly 7pm, another 30 minutes more to go. How could they stand looking at the food while waiting for the right time to come? I can’t stand that if I were them.
Most of the restaurant was having buffet style dinner for the fasting month which includes San Francisco Steakhouse. Imagine that, where could their standard be? Gosh. Everywhere was crowded, I may say occupied with people who only stare at their food and wait for the time to come. Sigh.

Sunrise ~ Sunset ??? Partnership ???
As usual, the scheme is very attractive and of a great beauty. Investment ranging from RM1k ++ to about RM27k ++. That is minimal where we can always buy more than 1 package. Hmm...money coming from Xerox machine? Hmm...Guess not.
He shared one story with me of why this partnership is so good. It goes...
"An elderly man, 50++ was just laid off by his company which is performing down sizing. Looking at his age, he would be the prefered one. At the same time, they don't have much money to last till end, and at the time when things are not going their way, he was having some health issue where he would need to undergo some operation. He don't have enough money and was introduced to this partnership plan, where he found his money to be sufficient to pay off the operation fees and also their future living. The 'investment payback period is about 17-19 months, the principal would be paid back within the first 10 months and the last few months would be the profit. This would be how he made enough money for the operation and living."
After listening to this story, i am impressed. Why? Hahaha. Not to be mean, but come to think of it, the man was lucky. Why? Not that he found this plan, but just that he did not die within the 17-19 months, else money to perform his funeral, he also would need to loan from some other people. He was also lucky that his condition permits him to live longer than 17-19 months. What happens if it was much urgent than what he has expected? Can he get back his money in full? Guess not. Anyway, they claim they are helping some people by investing, gosh look at the reason people trick themself to get into these similar kind of scheme. Help, or for selfishness? Haha... Judge me if i am wrong.
Anyway, i am not interested with such scheme, prefer to earn my money the right way, at least i would be proud of it. Cheers and good luck to those involved. May your luck never runs out :)

Cop under probe for having RM9mil
Gloomy Day Outside, Sunny Day Inside ?
Came to work, saw my friend’s blog. She is kind of being sad since yesterday, but I was not too good either, that’s why I was not confront by her. I guess she doesn’t want to trouble me further with her issues. Really wonder what’s been wrong for her yesterday through her blog but just can’t seem to find the point there. Guess need to leave it out then as I do not plan to invoke back her injury after a day or two. Just hope she is feeling much better now.
I guess I need to plan out something also for my life. To clearly think what I want, where I want and how I want things to be, can no longer just wait for things to happen as I am turning to 25 in a matter of 9 days. Sigh, getting older means more thing to juggle and can no longer live freely as before, but this is the norm for everyone. From Spiderman, ‘Power comes with responsibilities’. Though I have no special powers, but the power in the phrase would mean the ability to perform something or to accomplish something, it does need responsibilities and also determination. I really need to build those in order to achieve something more in life. More may not be in terms of cash or asset, but quality in life.
Guess life is full of excitement in a way though it may be full of challenges. We just have to find the way around it or just break through it.

The decision is made
We had a meeting with the whole team at 4pm, not much after all. As i mentioned to my friend, 'let's see if he can sweep my feet off', guess not as she says eventually, 'there was no wind at all'. Haha.
After a session of Foosball, i decided to go over to see my boss to break the news to him, after long wait time, finally he was released out from his meeting. He ask, 'Y' or 'N'. I say 'N'. He says hmm... then says more to discuss tomorrow. Just that it. After that, i felt relief but later i felt sad. Probably as i have given the final answer, whether to stay or to leave. It is not easy as i have been with the team almost a year in 4 days more to come. One whole year to be where i am now and with the whole team after so many people come and go. Gosh, it ain't going to be easy to live this month plus, especially the last week.
I drove home with a disturb heart and mind. Nothing much to think about as all need to be said has been said. Just don't have the mood, drove as fast as i could. Zoom...and within 40 minutes, i am at Lucky Garden already, waiting for my food to be ready. There i go, back to my home, awaiting for tomorrow to emerge. How would tomorrow be? How would i feel?

Saturday Night Out
Later we went for a movie at GSC, we selected Hairspray as it seems a nice movie to go for after a hard day of work and to end the day with a laughter movie would be best. What more to ask right? So Hairspray it is and we did have a wonderful time with the movie as it is full of humour and also the lovely tunes or lyrics. The whole movie was so nice and meanignful, not only it just a comedy, but it is also educational. Great movie there :) You guys should take the chance to watch it also :)

Tech-Ed Day 1
The keynote was pretty boring as the topic was not really that interesting. Then the lunch was okay, below average as i dont put too high hopes as told by Shuh Han. The lamb was served cold, not tasty already, weird feel. Ten of us, just nice for the whole table. Some chat here and there, quite nice.
Later, went on to the Exhibition Hall to do some window shopping. Got most of the pen and some free gifts. Looking forward for tomorrow harvest :) As for the presentation, attended one for today as other might not be that interesting.
Today been tiring le, did lots of standing and walking also, my bag was heavy as i was having bag in bag. Looking forward for tomorrow. Tired now, need to get some rest :)

Lousy Day + Lousy Food
Got a 'asam' from Cheng Sze, thout it will be sour, gosh there was no taste at all and was just tasteless which could make me feel puke. No choice but to spit it out as i can no longer have it in my mouth. Dustbin is where it landed.
Since it was Monday, lets reward myself a bit. So decided to have a nice dinner with my friend. We choosed Dragon-i at Leisure Mall (http://www.dragon-i.com.my). We ordered their speciality such as 'Siu Long Pau' and also 'La Mian', SzeChuan style and also the 'Pat Pou' Fried Rice(Chicken, Ham & Yam). Gosh, the food sucks at MAX. The fried rice tasted worst of all i have eaten and i paid RM16 for it. No wonder 'Pat Pou', seems to be lots of treasure but seems just empty treasure where nothing nice. The SzeChuan La Mian was cooked with oil itself. You can seive a whole bowl of oil out from it. Total price we paid, RM50++
Question:
1) Would i visit there again? NO
2) Would i visit there on treat by someone? NO
3) Would i recomend a friend? NO
4) Rating for this restaurant? NONE

Making choices in life
As we make our choice, me might change our life in a way and also the decisions might be affecting other people around us as we do not live alone in the world, we live interelated to one another in life. So choices that we make which lead to changes in one life will also be extended to the next people that we cared about.
The choices that i am about to make may affect the one person that i care about now. Hope the person will understand and support me fully in the decisions that i am about to make at this important chapter of my life. I believe she will understand my situation and hope she will understand and support me fully.
As for the special person, i cared much and appreaciate for being there for me. I hope her choice will come eventually to her and for her to have the opportunity to lead a better life and a happy one too. I also hoped for the best for her and i cared so much for her :)

This longer holiday that i am having right here is great as i get more time to spend with my friends and loved ones. Life have been so hectic that sometimes we might have lost count of the last time we had some wonderful time with those important people we have in our life. So it is not still late when we realize how lucky we are to have those individual around us. I had a good time for the past 2 days and i am looking forward to the last day of my long weekend. I will be spending some time with my family :)
Hope all have had a great long weekend and Happy Independence Day to Malaysia 2007
