When coming to changes, we will always refer to change in body mass, change in skin texture, change of favorite brands, change of job, change of some minor things. But we seldom realize that the change can be as a whole where it could reflect to daily life or namely one’s life. Changes in one’s life can never be avoided, or planned accordingly and normally it will lead on to another change.
Change? Changes. Changing. Changed.
Change?
This is one of the element of life that is a must. There are variations of change. Starting from changing of diapers, changing of milk bottles, changing of shoes, changing of school, changing of teachers, changing of friends we mix with, changing of hobbies, changing of loved ones, changes in the number of our loved ones, changes in our age, changes of work life and so much more changes. It can be minor change, major change or drastic change. We can plan change in life (eg. when to change our clothing, when to change partners, when to change our friends or when to change our body parts – plastic surgery) and there is also unplanned change (eg. was planning to visit World Trade Center by year 2000 but who could have planned to go to the new WTC or the old WTC?). As mentioned, change is inevitable and unavoidable but we can always review our change and to change according to changes that is deemed best. A change can lead to more change and changes can change you. Why let changes change you rather than you change yourself?
Changes.
We finally know that change is on the way. Somehow we would not be able to avoid change as we bound to change in different part of our life. How can we plan change in our life? We often think hard on how to change our life to the better, but perhaps we have thought wrongly. We often relate change to achievements in life. But change does not only reflect to achievement in terms of monetary value, position we held or the friends we mix with. I have found a good website that can provide us a simple guideline to implement change in our life on the balance way. I totally agree with the above statements. Some people will say, they live to eat but to me I eat to live. Same as the above, I change to live a happy life not live to change myself. We change for a cause, the cause should not be just for the sake of change but for a deeper meaning in life where to achieve happiness J Just my thought, not all may agree to me though.
1. Find More Time For Yourself

Too much time is spend on chasing the quality of life but often we forget the essential necessity in life. Can differentiate between quality of life and essential necessity in life? One might have different interpretations of these, and I care not to elaborate further as I know most of people would understand this, just they often mixed up between the quality and the necessity. You may be able to earn tons of money for a day, perhaps up to 15 man hours, but what is left to enjoy those that we have sought. Who is there to wait for us to share the joy of the achievements? I can wait for a day, then another day, perhaps a few days more, if you are sincere I may wait up to a month, let say I have nothing much to do, I may wait up to a year but ever thinking what if it takes more than a year? Time past quicker than how we can realize and past time will never be replaced and there is obviously no turning back in life as there are no time machines in our life, if there is, how many times you would want to change your life as changes is never ending? So we should be fair in life, spend time to find quality in life, but do spend quality time enjoying the quality life that you have earned for. We can’t bring our wealth or fame to our grave, why not live life to the fullest? Don’t get me wrong, I am not asking you to spend your last cent before we check out of this world, we may leave some behind so that our loved ones need not work from zero up again. It is something like a small capital for our younger generations I guess.

Agree as human do have a sense of greed in them. There is always need to have, good to have and choice to have. Agree to this again. We always ask more for quality in life, but sickness and disease is never considered as one of them. What is quantity if there is no quality as we are sick and not well? We often ignore this as we took no notice of it until it is affected and we starts to regret by saying I should have done so and so but it is often too late already.

As the above states, we need to have a meaning to life in order to be generally happy. Find some worthy cause and work towards it, it will give you some other things to look at besides work. This is what we can say to achieve balance in life.
Changing.
This is what most of us are aware of, but took not much importance in life on this topic. Very seldom people would reflect the change on their life or bothered to review the changes that they have undergo. Perhaps most of the time, we are not trying hard to change, but we are trying hard to admit that one has change. We will always have the impression that the change was minimal and it has not much affect on one’s daily lifestyle. From my view, change is always change. Change is noticeable if one take the time to notice and review back the change that they have undergo. Just that sometimes we don’t bother to look at our changes as change happens so naturally, most of the time without us even noticing it. We just let it happen and having in mind it will just fall into its place, but do things just fall into its place or do we need to put in the effort as well? Why can’t we get some control of our life and determine where the things fall and we could arrange it in proper that taking our luck again.
Changed.
Many people may bump into you and says, you have had changes in life, you are a whole new you. That time, we realize that we have change. Why we realize? Because the comments came from someone else and would that comment be of positive or negative? Frankly, it could be both as words can be twisted and may have different meanings at different time. As were we being told that we have undergo some change without us planning or realizing it, now we know that change has taken place. But are we so naïve that we are unaware that change is taking place, perhaps we are too comfortable of the minor changes that is happen daily in life and eventually when we realize of the change, it already has been a big leap.
Changes-Changing-Changed is a cycle of changing in life for each individual. It is surely happen in our stages of life and it will have effect on life. To me, change is inevitable but we can always change to what we think would be best. Best here would always refers to myself, the people around me (I can’t be too selfish), to my loved ones, to my friends and to those who will walk in our life and would eventually leave their footprint in our life. We don’t change for a single cause but we do change as a whole. Changes can be good and can be bad. Good and bad may have different meaning after all and we can never define a single meaning for it.
My dear friend have gone through changes which I may never pint point as how I did last time. I can’t say changes were in the form of negative or positive, just that the changes that took place have change her as a whole. Despite the changes that have taken place, she will still be my dear friend for today and the days to come. Just that would always have the idea of turning back time in order to live the one time in life where we were all so comfortable with and where we have found our true self at the time. Sad to say, the time will never be the same, so does our friendship but I do know for sure you will always be my dear friend. This I am certain but I hope you don’t think that I have abandon you, I will never do such thing. Love you always and may you find your true happiness and don’t let it go once you find it my friend.
